Our opening Music Night of 2013 welcomes Legends of the 80's music scene. THE clock is being turned back to the 80s for Haydock Park’s opening music night of 2013 this summer.
FOUR Legendary artists from the 80's iconic period in music - Rick Astley, Paul Young, ABC and Marc Almond will be entertaining visitors of all ages playing LIVE after racing on Saturday evening 22nd June.

IT’S Madness . . . yes Haydock Park is turning into a House of Fun this summer.
The iconic 2 tone band have been revealed as the first of three acts who will perform at the racecourse’s music nights this year.
Frontman Suggs and his fellow band mates Chas Smash, Barzo, Chrissy Boy, Thommo and Woody will be on track on Saturday evening 20 July when the racecourse will reverberate to classics such as One Step Beyond, Baggy Trousers and It Must Be Love.

RITA ORA has been revealed as the singing sensation who will bring down the curtain on Haydock Park’s 2013 summer music nights with a smash-hit concert.
The urban star, who had three number one singles last year and saw her debut album Ora top the charts too, will perform at the racecourse on Friday 9 August.
She follows in the footsteps of bands and artists like Simply Red, Sir Tom Jones and JLS who have played to sell-out crowds at Haydock Park.
The singer has just completed her UK Radioactive tour to rave reviews, is singing in Australia this month (MARCH) and is set to be a massive draw at the North West racecourse this summer.
The 22-year-old, who will be recording a second album this year, won a MOBO award in 2012 for ‘Best Newcomer’, while she was nominated for three BRIT awards this year.

Liverpool Bus Service: A 'Peoplesbus' Bus Service (the 520) will be running from Liverpool City Centre to Haydock Park on this raceday. The single decker bus service will use the pick up stop on St Johns Lane (next to St Johns Gardens/St Georges Hall) and the bus stop opposite the Showcase Cinema on the East Lancashire Road in Croxteth - Haydock bound, near the petrol station. The bus is registered to leave Liverpool ninety minutes before the first race and Croxteth seventy minutes before and fares are £5.10 (adult single), £8.90 (adult return), £3.50 (child single), £5.00 (child return). The bus will depart from the racecourse back to Liverpool fifteen minutes after the final race.
