Because your conference is unique and tailored to your specific requirements, we have put together a range of menus – from finger and bowl food buffets to sit-down banqueting menus – whatever taste, we are happy to cater for you.
We have listed a selection of starters, main courses and desserts for you to choose from. When choosing from the banquet menus and dishes below, please select a minimum of a soup or starter course, a main course, a dessert and coffee and petit fours.
Prices quoted are for 2012.
We have put together, what we consider to be, well-balanced buffet menus for you to choose from. However, as each item is individually priced, please feel free to mix and match to suit your tastes. All we ask is that you choose a minimum of five items from any of the four main menus and try to cater for all guests.
